Our Story

More than a café.

Garage Mahal was born from a simple idea: what if your neighborhood spot felt like your spot? Not a place you pass through, but a place you come back to — whether it's 7 a.m. for your first pour-over or 9 p.m. for a cocktail and good conversation.

We opened our doors on Roe Street with one goal: to create a space where the coffee is just as thoughtfully crafted as our late-night drinks, where every guest is greeted like a friend, and where the vibe is always warm, never pretentious.
